Meet Valerie Beaver

With over a decade of exceptional service, Valerie has established herself as a trusted real estate professional in the Newton community as well as the Greater Boston market. Valerie’s long-standing client relationships and strong referral base are reflective of her thorough command of local market dynamics and her unwavering commitment to integrity.

Representing both buyers and sellers, Valerie is a master negotiator skilled at handling even the most challenging situations. She listens carefully to each client’s needs and offers expert analysis and insight into real estate pricing and strategies. Through her own experiences with many interstate relocations, Valerie understands the complexities involved in long-distance moves.

Prior to real estate, Valerie enjoyed a successful career of over ten years in luxury brand management, working for the brands of Estée Lauder, L’Oréal and Henri Bendel, cultivating her negotiating skills and problem-solving abilities. She has parlayed project management experience into remarkable results for her clients. Valerie holds an MBA from Boston College and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

After years of successful collaboration in real estate transactions alongside her well-regarded colleague, Beth Barry, together they formed the Barry-Beaver Team. With an unwavering passion for helping clients and their extensive business backgrounds, Valerie and Beth stand as a formidable force in the industry.

A Boston resident for over 18 years, Valerie has settled in Newton with her wonderful husband, two energetic teenagers, and Brittany Spaniel. Valerie is active in the Parent Associations of both children’s schools, and she enjoys helping new families acclimate to the area. In her free time, Valerie cherishes moments spent with her family, explores new places through travel, enjoys gardening and interior design, and stays active with barre and yoga classes.
